Men’s Ministry at Faith Lutheran church
We have as our three pillars — Service, Devotion and Fellowship.
Over the years, we’ve served others in our faith community by raising funds for a wheelchair and two handicapped scooters, building a retaining wall, and remodeling our kitchen. Our annual Easter breakfast and Christmas season Giving Tree for area senior citizens are always popular ministries with the congregation. We support our larger community by contributing regularly to our local jail and state prison ministry. We’ve led food drives at Thanksgiving and contributed financially to the Douglas/Elbert County Task Force, our county food bank.
If you haven’t attended any of our meetings, we’d love to have you join us.
Monday Night Men’s Bible Study – Meets every Monday night at 7 pm in the Library. Focusing on both topical and biblical studies, this is an opportunity to grow in your knowledge and understanding of God’s Word and gospel truth.
Tuesday Night Men’s Discipleship Meeting – Meets every Tuesday night at 6 pm in Fellowship Hall. Devoted to brotherly fellowship, the study of God’s Word and faithful service to others, these men seek a richer, more robust experience as a disciple of Christ. All are welcome and encouraged to go deeper in their Christian faith walk.
Wednesday Men’s Night Life Group – Meets every Wednesday night at 8 pm in the Library. Seeking a higher calling to our Lord, this band of brothers is devoted to prayer and the study of God’s Word and its application in our daily lives. We encourage all men to seek God’s truth with us.
