Kids and Youth Servant Sunday
Event Chair: Shannon Fielding
This Sunday we are back to our normal schedule for the Sunday School hour. Can you believe we only have 5 weeks left of our traditional Sunday School year? During the next two weeks we will be reading about David. We will see how God gave David courage to take on Goliath when no one else would. David knew that the battle wasn't really his battle, but it was the Lord's battle. This is a great reminder of how our God is a mighty God. When we believe and trust in Him we will have this mighty God on our side always. With God on our side, we can be brave to obey Him and do all that He asks us to do.
Parents are still welcome to join the Balancing Life’s Demands small group in the sanctuary during the Sunday School hour.
This Lent we collected personal care items for Lutheran World Relief's Basket of Promise campaign. We put together 78 kits! Thank you all so much for all your donations.
