We believe that all women are daughters of God, sisters with one another, and friends to all.
As Women’s Ministry at FLC, our purpose is to engage, encourage, and equip women to fall more in love with God who empowers them. God’s power changes lives, and as we obey the great commission by reaching out with God’s love to others, we can make a difference.
We combine women’s social needs with the call to discipleship. Our Small Groups deepen both relationships with God and one another. One of the natural results of a small group setting is personal growth through study, accountability, and prayer support. Our weekly small groups are for women of all ages and stages of life.
Below is a list of our women’s ministry groups. If you’re interested in joining a group or finding out more information, please contact the group leaders listed below.

Open to all women of all ages. Great fellowship is an important part of this group. We study the Bible to deepen our understanding of God’s Word using various workbooks and study guides. We use our offerings to serve others within our congregation, community, and beyond.
Women On The Rise
Every Monday night at 6pm
The Bible plays a central role in Women on the Rise small group Bible Study. We believe we need those pages more than we need food. We read faithfully, meeting regularly and with eyes of faith, we read expectantly anticipating God to speak and move each time we open his book. Each week we work to know each other more and more deeply. We share our hearts and lives praying for one another, ask questions, and bear each other’s burdens. We strive to love and serve, encourage growth in our group, our church, and community and helping each other to thrive in God’s word, and applying his teachings in our daily lives.

Our REAL small group is a place for women to create relationships within and outside of our church community. Through our Bible study, we encourage and support each other with accountability in our walk with God. We meet every Friday morning at 9:30 am in the church library. In our Bible study, we like to dive deep into one book of the Bible at a time. At the end of each study, we meet for reflection and fellowship.
